Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Excellent meal at adjoining Treacle Mine. Will definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff and comfortable double beds,plenty of teas and coffees on hand.Nice restaurant next door (treacle mine). No lift however there is only one floor.Generally a pleasant hotel.
Me and my friend have stayed here twice and both times the receptionist louise has been amazing and the friendliest which opens up such a warm welcoming, we come out and just speak to her and shes such a people person and deserves to be the top manager . Makes me wanna stay more and more,

Disabled room was better than usual the bed was raised and the mattress was firmer, personally I would have liked a bed lever (getting in and out of bed and turning) and more or better distribution of grab rails
