The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to make myself and my dog Buster very welcome. Ive been to vets before where its very formal, no smile and my dog dreads going in because the smell of cleaning disinfectants puts them off but not here, its so much fun for Buster, he gets lots of attention when he walks through the door and a treat after hes been examined and it always smells normal . Its a real home from home feeling. I would recommend Highcroft 100% to anyone, no matter what animal you have .

Staff really freindly. Good service and have always been really good with our cats. Onsite car parking which helps. We do the pet subscription that includes flea treatment.
Pricing is obviously reflected in the love for animals not love for money and professional service is second to none. The experience and knowledge and manner of Peter stokesbury and his team is superb. Highly recommended.
