We first went to the cattery to inspect the facilities. On arrival we were greeted by Markus who was very friendly. Another couple had just checked in their cat and said it was the best catterys in Sussex. We wanted to view the facilities for ourselves as we had previously had a bad experience with another cattery. We were shown around the facilities and chatted to Markus about the level of service and care that they provided. We noted that all the runs were spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. We had arranged to view another catterys in the area but decided that we liked what we had seen and heard so booked a stay for our cat, Shiloh.On the day we arrived with Shiloh we were greeted by Gaynor who instantly knew who we were and who Shiloh was. Whilst formalities were completed, Toby, the family cat came to say hello to Shiloh. We were then shown the run which Shiloh was to occupy for the next 8 days. Shiloh is a very timid and nervous little cat but she came out of her basket straight away to inspect her new surroundings and she even let Gaynor make a fuss of her.On collection we found Shiloh fast asleep in her basket looking extremely well and happy.Her dietary requirements had been met to a very high standard and this was obvious due to her condition and the fact that she appeared to have put weight on. We would wholeheartedly recommend these facilities to any cat owner and would definitely be using them ourselves.
