I really can't fault them, they've made the whole process stress free. They were able to guide me through the steps needed to secure my property and kept me updated with every aspect of our purchase. I would not have the property that my family love and call home if it wasn't for Ross and Co and all its hard working staff.

I'll take a deep breath..... Ross and co withheld one month's rent that I was due from my tenants. Not only are they not allowed to do this, they did not even let me know they had done so. I only realised when I saw my bank account was about to go into overdraft! I for one will never use this company again.
