Stupendous service - our TV completely broke down on Friday night, went to Smythe & Barrie for the first time first thing the following morning (Saturday) and bought new TV which was delivered and installed 4 hours later - how's that for service! Thank you Steve in showroom and Simon who delivered and installed it.

They hosted my 29 of my images on a massive Samsung telly during the Hailsham Festival of Art and Culture. I got some great feedback and invited to do it again.
We genuinely cannot recommend Smythe and Barrie enough. With our lovely new home needing lovely new things, we did not hesitate to head straight to S&B for help. Being first time buyers our lack of knowledge was shining bright, but Steve spent nearly 2 hours with us going through every detail of the items we needed. We were given demo's, shown lots of different options and had the technical talk made simple. Steve knew all his products inside out, and knowing that not everything suits the same people he was happy to give personal opinions on items to make sure it was going to suit our needs and life style perfectly. His prices are fantastic, and the level for care is second to none. We both left beaming from ear to ear about the whole experience. Once we are ready, our items are going to be delivered, installed and set up for us!!!! I have absolutely no hesitation that any silly questions we may have regarding our new things (there are going to be some!!) will be answered with just as much genuine enthusiasms and care. My family have always used you guys for even the little things such as a small TV for my granddad, and your level of care was just as great for this single item as it was for our more comprehensive purchase kitting out our home!!! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to come back and see you again.
