Maybe they should worry about letting there own customers down before they start grabbing other companies
Complete shambles. Taxi booked well in advance and we were counting on it for a special family event (having called around loads of other companies Edwards Taxi promised a larger vehicle so we cancelled other bookings).Then at 7PM they didn't show up, driver had gone to the wrong village and so instead of racing over to pick us up and still do our booked trip... they simply cancelled it on the spot - with no apology or remorse. This left us totally in the lurch and almost missing the entire family occasion.
Assisted us with many jobs over the summer and provided an impeccable service. They went the extra mile, ensured that all our requirements were met, and over delivered on all their promises. I highly recommend them!
