people give this and vicarage field surgery bad reviews, but the problems dont lie with the surgeries, it lies with the population of hailsham, its getting too big a place with not many doctors
I dont visit the surgery very often. I arrived really early to make an appointment. I was greeted by one of the nursing team. I was in a lot of pain. One of the medical team saw me straight away. Diagnosis advice and prescription given. Cant fault the service at all. Thank you Seaforth team
I have always had a very positive experience at the surgery. I find the receptionists, prescription team and other members of staff helpful and friendly. It can be difficult to get an appointment on the day - but that is the fault of how the system works,not because of the doctors or receptionists.
I have just spoken to them about my 87 year old mother who had had paramedics out to her and found the receptionist really helpful
I am writing a review to say that I have always found the Receptionists helpful. respectful and cheerful . I am a novice carer now to my Mother in law and the Receptionists are really kind with advice , they listen and always point me in the right direction regarding prescriptions etc. This is not my own doctors so have needed a bit of help regarding their systems of appointments, who the Doctors, Nurses are etc. I have just been to get a repeat prescription and Jill was so kind. So people, if your respectful and tolerant of the difficult job they are trying to do , you may find that a smile and general courtesy works much better than a magic wand .
