Couldnt have asked for a better service from start to finish. I had an issue with my car that my local garages misdiagnosed, ignored or told me I was imagining. The best Mini garage there is!!!! We looked at various dealerships in and around London and even paid deposits on two cars that turned out to be sold. I found my countryman (used) and purchased with inspection on delivery. As I hadnt seen th car Jake had to respond to my hundreds of questions and did so promptly and professionally. I had an issue with car later on while still in warranty, such is the nature of cars and it was booked in to be repaired. This dealership were not great and so Jake arranged for the car to be collected and repaired in Hallisham, this was really above and beyond and its some distance. My car has been returned to me and all is well and I am delighted with the service and updates received. I change my car every couple of years and will definitely be returning to this dealership.
They did the work really quickly and were open about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I arrived two hours after they rang me to collect my car and it was quite ready but they were very hospitable while I waited. Overall very happy with my experience
